Provincial Council receives 33 proposals from 30 organisations or solutions for needs raised by EtxeTIC challenge
The Provincial Council has published the report containing the conclusions to the process of public procurement for innovation that began in February with a preliminary market consultation. Private actors of all types from major multinationals to SMEs and micro-enterprises have taken part. The report highlights the breadth of the response, the quality and the depth of the proposals received given the technical complexity of the challenge, the deadline set for responses and the circumstances in which the process has taken place. This month the Council intends to commission Azpiegiturak to provide a daytime helpline service and service with supporting and prevention technologies to enable dependent individuals at the Etxaniz centre in Bilbao to remain at home.
